Grand Oaks Veterinary Hospital is one of the finest vet offices I have taken my pets to. Not only is their office welcoming, but staff are incredibly helpful, supportive, and kind. I have had the pleasure of Dr. Berry treating my 3 animals. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable, but she is supportive of decisions, very kind, and lovely to the animals. I would recommend this vet office to anyone looking for a solid respectable business to take their animals to!
The staff is always so kind, knowledgeable and welcoming each and every time I come into the office. Dawn, Shelby, Erin and Jake are truly the best. The level of care that our pets receive from both Dr. Alexander and Dr. Leggett is unmatched. Together, they all work together as a team to exhibit a high level of care and compassion that I trust completely with the medical needs of my pets.
The service is great. They also treated my daughter very well who came with us to the appointment. My dog tends to be a bit skittish, but was very comfortable with the staff. They were very open about pricing and options, which is why we were looking to switch vets. Dr. Berry was awesome and even sent a follow up email. Service
From check-in to check- out everyone is kind and helpful. Extremely efficient so no long waiting. Dr. Berry and her team are Truly compassionate about your fur babies! I’m also thankful there’s been no suggestions of unnecessary tests or procedures that make you feel they just want your $$.
