Everyone here was so kind and friendly and it was obvious that they are animal lovers. I highly recommend giving Grand Oaks a try. The veterinarian really seemed to listen to my concerns.
We brought our dog in for a broken K9 we thought would need to be removed. Dr. Leggett was great he looked at her tooth and let us know it would likely be fine but we scheduled a dental anyway to be sure. The K9 was fine but three other teeth needed to come out. The whole dental cleaning and extraction took about an hour, we got a call after that was very thorough. The front desk was super nice and helpful when we checked in and out. The staff at grand Oaks Animal Hospital are excellent - caring, professional, and communicate well. I have recommended them to others on multiple occasions. They communicate well, whether in setting appointments, during the appointments themselves and following up. They are quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Most importantly, my dog loves them!
Everyone on the staff at Grand Oaks is very helpful. Someone is always available to help me get my dogs from my car into their facility. Dr. Alexander calls after a visit to check on my dogs and is very good at explaining their issues to me
