grand oaks apartments are old and the units are small.they need to be remodel. the walls are very thin and their are always people outside hanging and making noise and you can hear in your apartment.they don"t want to fix anything.and the apartment i not worth the amount they charge.465 to 475
Im staying there now and rent is going up this place is bad. Im looking for a new place to go now. Cheap is not always the best. Good location though.
The past year has been no less than a living Hell. The property is managed by Prime Properties xl. The letters 'XL' must mean eXtremely Lazy management and Grand Oaks is now but a faded image of its former glory days. I feel it is a pity that in the current rental market today that this property is being allowed to be run into the ground the way this company seems intent on doing. It appears that the management does everything within its power to worsen the living conditions for the residents as well. I am looking forward to... read more
