My wife and spent one night there. The hotel is old. The first room had bugs in it. They moved us to a second room that was ok. Except the plumbing in the bathroom was old and we heard water running all night. We could not sleep. At check in we asked for an upgrade and were willing to pay for it. We were told that the second room was an upgrade. It was not. This hotel was not of Hilton quality. This hotel could be an over priced motel 6. Íbamos de luna de miel y nos asignaron una habitación cuyas vistas daban directamente a las placas solares del hotel. Además, justo al lado había unas escaleras de emergencia donde la gente salía a fumar constantemente, generando portazos a todas horas. The hotel is very well managed. We got there at 2AM, and were very exhausted. The first sight was lots of friendly cats, and very kind staffs. We felt very welcome and immediately felt better. Our luggages were not sent to the destination, and we had to wait a few days to get them. A kind staff provided us a couple of days of toiletries, and stuffs that we needed. Not worth the cost. Run down rooms, broken pathways, poor sanitation, security lax, no self-parking on property, no handicap parking, elevators out of order and slow (shared with housekeeping), crumbling priperties adjoin, and rooms noisy from old plumbing/ventilation compressor.
