Parking is across the street at the golf course,charged us twice for the same room, told us that it's not their problem. Paid for an ocean view got the valet park I will never stay in this hotel again, front desk very rude
This was a huge room with balconies overlooking the bay and gorgeous views . The bed was comfortable. The large kitchenette was fine, but honestly, we only used the stove once to reheat leftovers. The huge, barren bathroom was an obvious attempt to satisfy people in wheelchairs but ignore the needs of other guests. It was clumsy to use. The housekeeper never emptied the trash, which was overflowing on our last day there.
MISLEADING pricing! I paid $42/day on Expedia for “full breakfast” only for the Grand Naniloa to say it’s just a credit and I had to pay over $90 for breakfast this morning. Front desk flat out told me no when I asked to have the breakfast removed tomorrow. Never staying here again.
