I will not return to nails grand ! Charge extra for long nails and now few months ago bought Celine nails and are charging excessively for everything! They have lowered the quality of products and the manager who used to work at Grant Nails is very rude! Horrible salons Grand nails and Celine nails same owner poor service and expense!
The week of our wedding, I decided to get a manicure with my fiancé while she got her nails done. I’m not sure if it’s because her maid of honor was 5 minutes late but they seemed like they were rushing and cutting corners. My nail tech cut removed all of my finger nail down to the bed so that every time I move my fingers I can feel the skin pulling. Well, I was just at the store a few minutes ago. I am getting married Friday and wanted a french manicure. The manicurist cut my cuticle and it wouldn’t stop bleeding. It’s of course, on my ring finger too! So, it’ll be in all the pictures. I showed the manager and told her I wasn’t happy and she did nothing. To be honest, I should not have paid for that service, let alone tip the lady who cut me.
I love going here! The new construction is awesome. It’s a very clean place. The manicure and pedicure is great and I love the service. They do an incredible job!
