Absolutely horrible experience. Don't be fooled by the fake 5 star reviews from around 2 months ago during their "grand re-opening" and do not be fooled by the pretty aesthics of the salon. it looks "grand" but not all the techs are experienced. The "owner's son" was my "tech" (he was obviously very inexperienced). Got dip powder which normally lasts me 4+ weeks. He DID NOT use the drill after the powder was applied. Really enjoyed working with Sam. She was very social and made getting my nails done less awkward! I’ll definitely be back for my fill in! I got my pedicure by someone else i didn’t catch her name but she did really good and got my feet extra soft i got a pedicure somewhere else a month before and they didn’t do as good a job as this place did!
I went this Saturday for the 1st time as a walk in client, for a gel pedicure. The main complaint I have is that the nail tech got paint on the top of my foot, and instead of using a brush or paper towel to wipe off the paint, he poured the remainder of the container of acetone straight onto my foot, which I didn’t realize it at the time but it stripped off the top coat of the gel polish. I love this place!!! It's my go to for all pedicure needs! It's typically very quiet and relaxing which I love! The chairs are extremely comfortable and they massage you everywhere. They offer wine, water and soda and Sarah is the best! I always get the signature pedicure that comes with the hot neck pillow.... It's heaven! They recently have made some updates and they have a bar in there now and the decor is all white and very pretty.
I appreciate how the staff takes time to understand what I want and never rushes the process.
