Steven is my go to! He’s incredibly personable, pays close attention to detail, and truly cares about making sure you leave happy. The entire staff at Grand Nail Spa is warm and welcoming—such a great atmosphere every time I visit!
They do outstanding work!
Way overly expensive and work is not worth it- nails are all wonky shapes and had to fix when I got home. Very rushed, I made an appointment for 6:30 and didn’t realize they closed at 7 till I was on my way. (why is that even an option on the website to get acrylic 30 minutes before they close?) I called and said I had an appointment and confirmed we were doing a full set, she said I could come in, it wasn’t until I got there that she said wouldn’t do a design because “solid color is quicker”, when I originally went in for a... read more
