This is a place I've loved for years. I moved a few months ago to a place more than an hour away, but I still drive back here to get my nails done. I love it.
Those people are anti-customer service. People working there are very rude people.There some exceptions but really very few. Feels like when you’re going to the nail salon they do your nails for free and you can not complain about nothing. You mention something that you don’t like they get very mad and start speaking between employee their language. This to me it’s disrespectful. My last visit was awful. the worst service ever if I can put zero stars trust me I will. Very rude and disrespectful staff they charge extra if u breathe in there I asked the owner to fix one of my nails and she went off saying I’m asking for too much. They’re not professional and don’t even know how to do nails right. No one is licensed to work as a nail tech. They don’t prep the nail right and don’t even clean ur cuticles. Once u get up to pay u find out they added so much charges for things they did without asking u. THE WORST DONT GET NEAR.
