I went for a powder dip for the second time.kim was my technician.when she was doing my nails(French manicure),the white tip was too thick,so I said this is too thick.as I pointed to my finger,by accident,I touched the nail polish.she got so mad,and she pulled my hand toward her,and said:no honey,we will make it beautiful at the end.she didn’t even listen to my question.she continue saying that I did this before and I should know the process.i was just trying to ask her to make the white part thinner,but she never ever liste... read more
Update July 2025: blue and white set. tried to give the place another chance. Overall, I am slightly disappointed. I went to grand nail yesterday for a custom dip set ($85). I had an appointment, they sat me immediately, so I give them props for that. Nobody asked if I would like anything to drink, so I finally asked if they had drinks and asked for a mimosa, and I was given orange juice only. Do not recommend this place. Went in two weeks ago to get a pedicure and now I have an infected ingrown. The place is dirty and not very good customer service.
Bad quality service……. I, my daughter and my mom went for for getting manicure and pedicure done today trying to avail the 25% off on services, but sadly all three of us were let down as there was something or the other very basic flaws to fix for all three of us - either the nail polish was leaking, it was coming on the skin, The gel nail polish was coming off after it was done on my daughter’s manicure, and so my daughter had to tell the technician to fix it ….all in all a substandard quality of work so we will not be able... read more
Worst experience I have ever had. My nails have hairline cracks on every single nail. For a dip service I have never had my nails done in less than 20 mins.
