I dropped in here to get a gel manicure. It was not good —the tech used the electric sander to take off the old dip. She sanded too much to where my finger was bleeding. All my nails are now very thin from too much filing on nail bed. After only one week, my nails are splitting and breaking. I had been to this salon about 6 years ago but won’t be back.
Avoid this place at all costs. Grand Nail Salon I went in for a simple nail appointment and politely asked the technician to fix one nail so it would be symmetrical before continuing. She suddenly stood up in the middle of the salon and started yelling that “because I have money, I think I’m a queen.” All of this… over asking for an even nail — the basic service I was paying for. I’ve been coming here for years. Love the people here and their jobs. Although they don’t have matching colors but it’s ok, because there are brands out there colors in same brand and still does not match. Technician here are so helpful, they always help me find colors I wanted.
Karen consistently does a beautiful job on my nails. I have been seeing her for 3 years and I get compliments on my nails all the time. Karen and Grand Nail Salon are wonderful.
