Went to get sns and I could feel her filing off my skin and filing way too hard, I’m not the type of person to speak up, and I should of said something earlier but I didn’t, I don’t like causing scenes. but my nails were hurting so bad, started crying at the end cause I was so upset and in pain. I had a wonderful experience in here today! Usually, I know exactly what I want. Today, I knew what I wanted but I changed my mind alot and everyone was so patient and kind about it. They also continued to do a fantastic job even after I requested to try three different paint colors and requested longer tips after a hand was already applied and shortened. Somehow, a $45 pedicure was $75 when I got to the register to pay. I could not get a reasonable explaination for all of the upcharges. The pedicure was decent and I have been trying to find a better salon, but this one will not be it. Be cautious of all of the secret upcharges at this place!
