If I Could leave zero stars I would. I have been renting from this crappy company fpr 11 years. They are slum lords. They refuse to do any pest control or upgrades. I actually currently have a termite infestation. They wouldn't even paint after 10 years. Getting maintenance done is like pulling teeth. Don't rent from these people! Just run. They are horrible!!!
This is the WORST company to work with. They took my money for a rental property, failed to fix anything listed on application, promised to refund my money, and are withholding my refund. I've tried contacting them many times and noone will respond. The company is a scam.
