They follow you around and make you feel very uncomfortable. Do not like the feeling of the store. They will talk about you when you walk out to so other customers can hear them.

The lady at the desk and the man are sweet but the one with the color wig gives racist, asking me to take my hat off at the door, one time my sunglasses Prices here are the highest you’ll find compared to any other beauty supply won’t be returning, i don’t respect being followed around the store the whole time by colorful wig

They ask you to leave your bags at the door and then when you ask who is watching them, the lady with the ugly rainbow wig says it’s her, but when you get to shopping in the store, she’s following you all around every time you look up she’s at the end of the aisle watching you and not being helpful at all. When I ask why she’s not at the door watching the bag she says the man at the cash register is watching them, but he’s not even looking at the cameras. He’s busy dealing with customers. I'm a stylist who recently began shopping at this beauty supply because of the convenience of my new shop location. I inquired about a stylist discount to the cashier and the owner guy rudely butted in our conversation and said we haven't given discounts in 10 years.
