I drove 1.5H to get here because as per your website, I did not need an appointment. I got here and the office was closed. I called very number I could find to no avail. I finally got ahold of the call center who advised me that the office closed at 3:30pm. Well, I arrived shortly after 3:00pm. Completely Unacceptable..
Extremely poor construction and worst management Lived here for multiple years and this was my worst experience living in an apartment complex. I did not leave early because I was going to buy a house and wanted to go through the hassle of moving only once (have toddlers), in retrospect that was a very bad decision because things never improved despite management's reassurances. According to the terms of the lease, we cannot prorate days not stayed in the apartment, as we need make ready time for the next tenants. You were made aware of these lease terms and we are sorry, but there are rules in place just for this reason. We need to treat everyone fairly and equitably. Home! I moved here 6 years ago and this has become home! Very CLEAN and well kept buliding. The staff is amazing and always available. Highly recommend if you're looking for a place to call home.
