If I were able to leave a zero star I would. I recently moved to Oklahoma and I am in the process of establishing a residency. I made an appointment at grand mental health to just get establish with an Oklahoma doctor so when I ran out of my medication, I could have it refilled. I also mentioned that one of the medications I was on I could no longer afford once I ran out. ($1,497 a month) To me I considered that a "crisis" let's be honest, who can afford that a month?
