The phycologist in jay office in control of mat program relly did number on me took me out mat program got rude with me everytime i talked to her been off my meds cause of her been sick chasing pills in the street trying not to be sick i replied to mat program after s weekend stay in one their facilities got out told them i had problem needed help was in tears cause they would not help me i fixed my problem on my own with out their help took week and haulf to get answer after two calls with no call back so i eent up to offic... read more
Well, they assumed that DELCO was up to par and filled out their inputs for another person w/same First and Last name... causing disparity of My information & causing, I mean allowing, further suggestions to be invalid & reduce any chance of care. They did however let me inside "the unit", non-acute, for "getting out of the weather". I accepted the offer & was blown away almost 2nd day when a TeleDictir came to consult me on my mental health service and future drug detox long-term inpatient treatment in some far off land. I went in on August 25th this year request a new team and went back and see why I haven't a new team for i found they closed my case and call one main person she told come in and refiled to open my case back up and she told me she would out why they closed my case and I been going to grand lake for a long time over 10 years and I got no help
The grand lake in jay are really nice
Ok so I went there in an emergency crisis, and the guy that works there Mike, is and was the most professional and understanding person that works for Grand, and everyone else was kind and always there to help with anything I highly recommend it for an Safe and Emergent place to go
