Well, they assumed that DELCO was up to par and filled out their inputs for another person w/same First and Last name... causing disparity of My information & causing, I mean allowing, further suggestions to be invalid & reduce any chance of care. They did however let me inside "the unit", non-acute, for "getting out of the weather". I went in on August 25th this year request a new team and went back and see why I haven't a new team for i found they closed my case and call one main person she told come in and refiled to open my case back up and she told me she would out why they closed my case and I been going to grand lake for a long time over 10 years and I got no help
The grand lake in jay are really nice
Ok so I went there in an emergency crisis, and the guy that works there Mike, is and was the most professional and understanding person that works for Grand, and everyone else was kind and always there to help with anything I highly recommend it for an Safe and Emergent place to go
The staff is clearly uneducated in medication. The nurse kept saying seroquel was a sleep medication. When it was questioned about the dosage and why she stated "it is a sleep aide". Yucky attitude. Doctors see patients by tele-med not in person. Asked nurse the doctors name she stated didn't know and never gave the name. They need to realize that this is a difficult time for patients and family members. They need to become educated on medication and dosage.
