This place truly saves lives, from the staff to the core values that guide the facility. Being able to stay alongside my child during such a vulnerable time made an incredible difference, not only for them but for me as a parent as well. After the intense stress of an episode, it was deeply comforting to be in a space that cared for us both as individuals and as a family. They gave really great service, they are a caring staff and very helpful.
Only give a 2 star as there are a few people that actually have a catering personality when it comes to the sensitivity of mental health. They are new but even being open 6 months they don’t have all staff informed on all policy so parents are being multiple different stories. When being a parent in an already stressful environment and being told several different things and when confronted about it they just say sorry that’s our policy. Horrible place! They told me that I made too much to get a cheaper price that ~$45 month was all they could offer me with my average income of 10K the past couple of years. I guess they want to force me to quit my job, very bad choice, or they won't help me. I'm going to Alliance Mental Health, paying less, and they treat me like my life matters. Don't bother with this place, even if you have to go out of your way to go somewhere else. It will be worth the drive because this place is a joke!
This facility was a Godsend. My 15 year old granddaughter and I stayed here recently. We were a family in crisis and did not know where to turn. Everyone we encountered, without exception, went out of their way to help us. They were kind, compassionate, patient and respectful to us both.
