Was good while in crisis but at any other time not great. Never less than an hour late when I showed up for appointments, somehow never later than a minute to call if I didn't show up because I wouldn't receive the text reminders I asked for repeatedly. This is the second time I've used their services, second round of disappointment.

Non attentive
Sent my husband home to die after trying to give him nicotine. 24hrs with no contact. No Doctor, no therapist. I even came in person just to talk to someone about the welfare of my husband. And they wouldn't tell me anything. Then they put him on bad medication without telling him about it. You'd be better off dying in a road than going here. They will NOT help you and they do not care for their patients.
If I didn't have to give them any star I would. If you want actual help, do not go here. They dont know what they're doing, and they dont know what they're talking about to the point that all the care you receive is from a book/script they have to read to you for everything. These people are completely abusing the system and their positions and they're 100% in it for the money.
