They are quick to upcharge for services not rendered. Never even got an oral exam. Every time I went in I was charged out of pocket and I have insurance! Was not told the dentist I had been seeing had left suddenly. I found out when I saw his name was removed off the door. Nothing up and up with this practice! Be aware of your charges beforehand!
10/10 from the front desk staff, hygienist, Dr Braithwaite. Ive never felt more comfortable in a dentist chair in my whole life. Im thankful for their dedication to patient care. They helped deal with my insurance and kept me updated every step. They go the extra mile in the office. Rachelle and her staff are truly amazing!!
