I've been calling this office since October and its Nov 30th and noone ever answers or return my phone call after leaving several messages. I also drove to the property, to speak with a manager and couldn't get on the property. Where is management?
Please do NOT stay here. There are parties every weekend and so many people walk through this apartment each weekend, so the parking gets bad. So many calls to the front office who NEVER answers. This is a gated community, but only at the front of the apartment and there’s entrances all around the back where anybody can get in. There’s also a junk yard in the complex so I think people sneak in to get parts from it. I have been staying here for many years and each year it gets run down, yet prices go up. Good place to live. They have security cameras. I nerve had to worry about safety of the environment. Rent went up right after I signed. I payed $800 for a 2 bed 2 bath. Comes with washer and dryer. Maintenance usually responds in a reasonable amount of time.
There's never anyone at the office to speak with and unable to leave messages because the mailbox is full. If anyone has other contact info, please share. I've been calling and going by the office twice a week for the past 3 weeks and I call daily!!
