The rooms are filthy and stinky with cockroaches, crawling all over the wall

Thankfully they helped me with a full refund but it was a complete disaster. There was nothing GRAND or LUXURIOUS about this place and it certainly was not a resort. The first room smelled and when I walked in, there was flies everywhere. The refrigerator had roaches and the mattresses were both disgusting. Everything in that room looked as if it had been rescued from the dump. And that description is being generous. Please don't be fooled by the "resort" title. There are some staff that work very hard but the budget just isn't there.
