Have had the best experience the last two visits. Lena is GREAT and does an amazing job! She is also so sweet!! The front desk receptionist is also so sweet and professional! I will continue to come back :)
I just read the response the owner gave to my daughter about our frustrating experience at Luxe. First off, no problem what so ever with the technician who did my nails. It took him awhile to admit his color mistake and it was ok, it was the girl working the front who was very demeaning. She said next time you come we’ll take care of you, I replied how about now?
