Very friendly and great customer service. They are there to help you with your needs.
Their return policy is not very good. Ordered treated 6x6 posts. Architect changed his mind and decided to not use treated. The posts literally sat where they were unloaded in a temperature controlled environment. Same exact condition they were purchased in. They refused to return. Well your policy sucks. In the last 3 years I've purchased over $200,000 in lumber at their store on Grand Ave. I'll do my business elsewhere thank you.
