This place is truly the worst. First of all, the apartment managers were probably surprised when they checked the unit after we moved out. We kept the apartment very clean. But still, we saw cockroaches many times, and we even heard mice. The worst part is that it was almost impossible to contact the apartment managers. I’ve lived here for a while now, and it’s been a great experience. The location is one of the best in Leonia—safe, quiet, and within walking distance to all the schools. Overpeck Park, Wood Park and library. It’s always clean and well maintained. Landscaping is taken care of year-round, and after it snows, the stairs and walkways are cleared early in the morning.
