I’ve had a fantastic experience living in this apartment building. The management team is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about residents. Maintenance requests are handled quickly. I’d absolutely recommend this building to anyone looking for a comfortable place to call home!
I recently moved in with my fiancé, and our experience has been nothing short of wonderful. The office was incredibly cheerful while coordinating our tour, giving us an excellent first impression. Angel led the tour and was just as delightful—he answered every question and made us feel completely at ease. I recently moved into this apartment and I’ve had an excellent experience so far. The leasing process was smooth, the staff was responsive and the unit was clean and exactly as advertised. The building is quiet and well-maintained and the neighbors seem friendly. Maintenance request are handled quickly and overall I’m very happy with my decision. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable place to live
Our experience touring this property was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Scheduling and Punctuality: We scheduled a tour a week in advance. Upon arriving at the designated time, we called the contact, 'Angel,' who stated he had not been informed of the tour and would call us back. The leasing office schedules tours and does not show up for them or even pick up their phone. It happened twice and it begs the question how I’d live at a place where the management simply chooses to ghost you. Update: After seeing this review, they reached out and offered another tour in exchange for removing it. But when I tried to schedule the tour for the third time, they stopped responding again. This place is a joke
