Friendly, efficient, and talented.
All I gotta say is definitely do NOT use their booking services because they are awful, they will straight up cancel on you without warning, they don't call to explain WHY they cancelled, they don't offer a new appointment when they cancel, and when you call them they actually do hang up on you.
This place is very strange to me. I called and the person who answered the phone hung up on me. We are not from the area, but we drove by and saw this place and Brads hair on the same street - that was it. So I called back and no one answered. I made an appointment through their app and it was immediately cancelled - no call. No explanation. Every barber is really good and personable. Sam, mostly, has been cutting my hair for at least 3 yrs. It is a friendly comfortable place.
