Grand Lake Property Management is a blessing!!! If it wasn’t for Noelle we probably wouldn’t rent out our cabin. She takes care of everything for us. Lets us know when she needs anything from us, or if there are any problems with the house. She’s very responsive and professional. Every year we get the superhost award because of her. I was a guest in cabin 11 with a friend. This is our annual trip and in the past it's always been amazing. The cabin that was rented to us showed pics as though it was across from lake but that was not the case, 3 blocks in from lake and no view. The grill on deck was completely rusted out with a fire retardant blanket under to prevent deck from catching fire (im guessing). Great experience staying at a darling cabin for a couple of days in Grand Lake! Cabin was clean and had wonderful dog amenities, including sheets to cover up couch, and dog bowls. Noelle was communicative and had great recommends!
Great rental experience! Noelle was very responsive and made the process easy. I thoroughly enjoyed the clean and cozy accommodations, great views, and the cutest town! Highly recommend!
Noelle is hands down the the most unprofessional person I've ever had any business with. She cancels reservations for family vacations without notice, communication or offering any alternative options. Do not rent from her!I have never heard such a terrible experience, her shady business practices are absolutely deplorable and a blight on the entire region.
