We always have a good experience with GL Plumbing & Heating. My most recent experiences have been with Marcus, and he is professional, fair, patient with my many questions, and gets the work done and done well. Des was also onsite with Marcus recently for a quote and to help troubleshoot a solution on a project and he was also kind and helpful. Des did a great job assessing and repairing our plumbing leak, offering good options and recommendations. Great communication during the service call while we were away - very patient and professional as we dealt with our poor cell phone reception.

Sam and his crew came and replaced a kitchen facet and added a fresh water bib to fill our hot tub. Very knowledgeable and explained different options. Yes, it was expensive but the two man crew was here for almost 3 hours. Also I had a boiler/heat inspection done by another GL employee who explained things well and explained benefits of their service contact. Very happy with service from all three employees.
