Tim is a very experienced with tree cutting and landscaping. I used him multiple times over 3 years - spending quite a bit of money in the process. But unfortunately the amount of project delays combined with the lack of communication surrounding the delays caused me to find a more reliable tree service company.

Tim - After spending lots of money with you over the past 3 years I can’t get basic customer service follow up or a courtesy call when you miss your commitment. You understood and agreed with my service concerns in May of 2024. I provided you another chance to do some tree removal work. You again failed to meet your revised commitment and I never heard from you. I got another company to do the work. I can’t depend on you anymore. I hope my posting motivates customer service and communication improvement.

My husband has called 4 times and left messages but he has never received a return call. We have a big job we wanted done in the summer of 2024. We would be fine just hearing the guy is too busy but it's been radio silence, zip, nada, nothing. Who runs a business like that??? Guess we'll have to figure it all out for ourselves.
