If possible I would give them zero stars they sent stuff to the wrong insurance, sent the bill to the wrong address, took me months to find out I even owed them money I almost was sent to collections and there is no way to reach them they don’t answer their phones and they have no answering machine sent up. I will be making sure my doctor never sends any of my stuff to them again.
Never received a bill but a collection agency called me, so mad props to grand junction pathologists for that. Pretty ridiculous system these guys have.

UNBELIEVABLE. I ACTUALLY WANT TO PAY THEM AND THEY WILL NOT ACCEPT MY PAYMENT. NO WAY TO PAY THEM ONLINE. NO ONE TO ANSWER THE PHONE TO PAY OVER THE PHONE. AND NOW THEY SEND IT TO COLLECTIONS. IF YOU CAN AVOID THIS PLACE, PLEASE DO SO. UNBELIEVABLE.
Like others here, if I could give 0 stars I would, based on my phone conversation with Cheryl at GJ Pathologists today. Naturally there are two sides to every discussion, but I'm the one dealing with thousands of dollars of bills plus a cancer diagnosis, she is not.
