I’ve read some other comments on here and I sincerely don’t at all share in the same experience with staff. All the staff I have encountered old and new staff, have always been kind, helpful, and encouraging. I’ve had a sick kiddo since 2019 and there hasn’t been a time that I’ve come to dose that they don’t ask how my child is with genuine concern for his well being and the well being of my family. Kicked my friend out for writing a grievance for how she was talking to her child about a private meeting.
This place still has not changed they treat my mom like dirt they took away her take homes refusing to ween her off of this stuff they don’t believe us when this stuff has made her disabled they don’t accommodate for people with disabilities at all I’m over this clinic so I suggest anyone that is try to come clean or have major health issues do not get on this stuff I’ve done my research and this stuff is worse then doing it on the streets but I’m getting a legal advocate and going after this place so if anyone else would li... read more
3 Yeats I've been here, maybe all longer in in those 3 years this place went from ok to bottom of the barrel in quality, service how they treat you, everything, and to top if all off there is a new person in management profusely screwing everything up and being g derogatory to the clients...some man named Daniel S. Clearly has no idea bow to do his job and was not put there to help ppl, just a filler spot till they get a real manager on and if you can believe it, it got worse lol, I have never had a worse experience then mee... read more
