Dr Arja is an excellent physician. He was gentle, caring, honest, and very knowledgeable. He did a thorough physical examination and evaluation. I would definitely recommend him to others.

The most rude front office staff you could possibly hire. Every single time there’s not one nice person answering the phones or greeting you at the front desk. And if you need a refill, you can forget about it. The staff isn’t willing to actually do their job and get you your medication they said they’ll send off. Instead, you’ll have one person say they’ve sent it off and days later when you call to ask about it, you get told that it hasn’t been sent off yet AND it’s served with a side of attitude. Dr Arja is great but they desperately need a new front office staff. Every time I go in or call they are super rude and unwelcoming. I’m going to find a new office because I’m tired of their constant nose-up-better-than-thou attitude. It’s apparent in person and over the phone. I highly suggest they move on somewhere else or change their demeanor.

Dr Bowman is a great Doctor, his biggest and I mean biggest problem is getting rx orders called in he needs to delegate or start writing them out it be alot quicker then waiting on him to call them in himself
