Was called by a very rude male the other day, I only had 2 minutes to talk when he called because my lunch was ending. He proceeded to say that since I didn't have time to talk that he had no interest in setting up an appointment with me anymore because I also missed my first appointment.. Which I missed because my cat has cancer and she was bleeding all over my stuff from licking her tumor.. Was called by a very rude male today, I only had 2 minutes to talk when he called because my lunch was ending and he proceeded to say that he had no interest in setting up an appointment with me anymore because I missed my first appointment and didn't have time to talk with him right then. He was extremely rude and very unprofessional. I don't recommend them at all and will be telling my PCP at the VA how they treat potential clients.
I don’t leave reviews unless service is Amazing or terrible, this office was AMAZING. I was treated great, the office staff was wonderful and I felt as if everyone in there cared for me. Thank you To everyone in such a fantastic office.
After visiting this office all my questions were answered. I feel much better about what I’m going through. The provider is fantastic and listened to all my concerns and questions. 10/10
