Grand Junction was definitely not ready for business today. I'm sure the bar area was much better served than the back room where I was with my wife and daughter. We were there for over an hour and never even got our beer...at a brewery???? We got half of the food that we ordered, which tasted very good. I finally gave up on getting my beer and burger and settled up. We may try again in a few weeks, but for the grand opening nobody really seemed to know what was going on.

I got there at 4:30 and got my food order in. I was lucky and it was so worth the wait! If an opening can be too successful, that was the case. These guys were slammed! They will be great. They have all of the ingredients for success. The beer, food and staff were outstanding. I am sure that they never dreamed that so many thirsty and hungry people would show up on day one.
