Smoked Fried Oysters, Sardine Dip, Duck Confit, Raw Oysters....we loved this place and hope to come back!
We hosted a reception at Gran Isle and it was nothing but successful. The food, venue and staff surpassed ALL expectations. Thank you your hospitality.

The girl from Wyoming and the one from New York, I wish I could remember their names. They went far out of their way to make the tourist that I was feel right at home, even provided a list of places to visit that night! Grand Isle = A+

Delicious appetizers -- onion rings, smoked fried oysters, baked oysters & wonderful entrees -- Catfish Creole & Shrimp and grits!! Our servers Meaghan was outstanding! Wish all restaurants had friendly and helpful servers like Meaghan.

We tried this place since it was located near our hotel. This place is just as good as anyplace you will go to in the French Quarter, without dealing with the crowds. We had, BBQ Shrimp, Calamari, St Louis Cut Ribs(bites). All of which were tasty. I would say the ribs bites were not worth $23 since we only got 6 of them, and were small nibble size type ribs.
