They understood the urgency of my imaging needs and got me in and out quickly and kindly.
Excellent service from medical staff. Very bad service from admin staff, mainly from billing and customer service.
Los profesionales que realizan los exámenes médicos están muy preparados. Pero la atención al cliente te y el proceso d efacturación es detestable y poco profesional. Realizan cobros duplicados y atienden de forma grosera, es uan pena que perdonas así, estén relacionadas con la atención a clientes con necesidades de salud. No recomiendo para nada este lugar, cambien a las facturadoras y la atención al cliente.
I think this place does a good job with looking at imaging, but the billing and help with it is truly terrible. They outsource this and it is almost impossible to get anything done. After about 7 phone calls I was able to get a bill sent to my address. I paid the bill, then 3 weeks later got another bill for the same amount and cannot get anyone to answer the calls now. If you call the office, they just tell you they cannot help you and you have to call the billing company. I would not recommend this business.
Kept moving the date of our appointment.
