I have been a patient for 30 plus years and on Thursday of last week the person answering the phone told me I should find another Doctor and hung up on me. This is Patient abandonment and illegal in NY State. I am trying to contact the patient advocacy office and am now waiting for a call back.

Would give zero stars if it was an option. DO NOT GO HERE! I should’ve known it was going to be a problem when they made me call different places to get added as a patient and nobody could figure out how to take my insurance information.. It was a fiasco.. then I show up for my appointment today and magically I don’t have one and the next available is October.. I was told “don’t shoot the messenger” when I said I was going to run out of medication as I had been waiting for over a month for an appointment no help was given. I... read more
Became a new patient a little over a year ago and I must say I LOVE the office staff. The girls in the front are always so polite, greeting everyone by "Mr or Miss" and whenever I needed an appointment to be seen they went above and beyond to get me in. The previous doctor seemed to have an issue with keeping up with refills and paperwork having to constantly keep calling for a simple inhaler but Dr. Bath seems to have stepped right in and gave this office the proper whipping in shape it needs.
