great place to work great equipment dont treat you like a number great pay good benefits
Guaranteed pay is a lie. Dispatchers and trip planners not are not properly trained. Don't check your hours and don't allow any wiggle room on pick up and delivery! Things happen i.e. live load and unload, traffic, tractor issues, etc..

You’ll never qualify for it outside of week one orientation so be prepared to be driving six out of every seven days to try and make sure you have enough miles to get a paycheck. I worked two months. after one paycheck where I literally had no check, it was $0, then after I made mistake of taking some close to home trips to be home for my sons birthday, I had two more weeks of less than $300 take home despite being out 6 out of seven days. I do not recommend outside carriers do business with their brokerage GIX Logistics. Still waiting on a layover pay, that I know I will never see. Very dishonest practices.
