I’m leaving a poor review because this office completely mishandled my children’s care. I was told all six of my kids’ medical records had been received, but when I tried to make appointments, I was suddenly told they weren’t accepting new patients—and half the records were missing. I ended up having to take my kids to a different doctor. Very frustrating and unprofessional.
Dr. Susan Newman is a wonderful Doctor and is very knowledgeable and thorough. What I liked best is she went over my labs and explained what I should do to change to improve them. I was so sad to hear she had moved. I like the GI Clinic because it is easy to enter on the level, clean, and very friendly staff. When Dr. Newman was not available I called the Clinic with a positive Covid home test and saw Dr. Alain. He is a very good Doctor also. He had me tested again and I was positive for Covid. I had a very disappointing experience at Grand Island Clinic. I was given an expired diagnostic test, which I only learned about days later when I was called and told I needed to return immediately to be retested. This meant taking off work unexpectedly and going through a second, painful procedure — all due to an avoidable error on the clinic’s part.
