Fantastic service from staff. Location is only a 3 because it's far away from my shop, but otherwise a great place to stay.
This is probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, with the mistake that they made on their part with check-in the reservation and trying to overcharge us plus the mistake of judging us before they knew the situation I try to get management. I tried to be nice but the way they treated us and the way they took care of the situation when I talk to management and get emails back-and-forth and then also get charged a room clean when there is no damage to the room I’ve asked for proof they won’t send me proof.
