We got to the hotel for San Japan 2026 con and the valet attendant met us and opened the car door for us. She took all the information needed for the car, called for a cart for our luggage, they unloaded everything for us and guided us inside. All staff were super friendly and helpful. Hotel rooms comfortable and location was great.
Had a really good stay at the Grand Hyatt San Antonio. The location is probably one of the best parts since you are right by the River Walk and close to a lot of restaurants, bars, and things to do downtown. The hotel was clean, the room was comfortable, and the staff was friendly anytime I needed something. It also made getting around San Antonio really easy since so much was within walking distance. Overall I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again if I’m back in San Antonio.
