This has all the hallmarks of a truly great hotel in the making. We arrived to live music played in the outdoor courtyard. Five stars for the comfy bed, great food, coffee and hospitality. Writing this in Aug ‘25, they’re working hard on aesthetics and bringing this grand old dame up to date. Desley and co deserve every success and we highly recommend staying!
Many Peaks Pub! Hmm all the hype since the Reopening..Outside looking in ..is lovely, we arrived while the markets were on..music in the background, kids play area with games, and a little book nook for people who wanted to read while enjoying a cold beer or a cuppa, ..Meal Ordering at the bar, the male publican was abrupt, not very welcoming..we ordered chicken schnitzel with salad $26 each..with 1 pot of beer = $60.00..the "Meals" a very small bowl of salad, where you can choose your salads, the chicken schnitzel was so ov... read more
Great spot to start the rail trail ride. Great hosts and friendly atmosphere.
The hotel is sadly permanently closed since February 2020. Now reopened. Stayed there in July 2025. Great hosts, good for a yarn, great stay. Will stay again.
Called in on the last leg of our latest road trip. Great pub resurrection by the new owners Desley and Craig after having lay empty for 5 years or so. Food great. Staff exceptional. Parked our camper out back for $10 which covers the best showers we've had in weeks. 😉
