At last an honest review Beware! While the "tour" delights; be assured the care of your loved one is horrendous. The helpers are nice but nice does not protect them. Most are poorly trained and the facility was understaffed. RN Tracie Hang is a poor example of an administer and RN. Bedsores, falls, Alzheimer patients wander unattended. Friendly Staff My father is happy here, and thats the main thing. Besides that the facility is always very clean and the staff is always very helpful. They meet my fathers needs and are constantly concerned whether he is happy or not. You can tell he matters to them.
