Build my house with them . Less than 2 yers my fire place start not working. Called them and they did not wanted to fix it .they said warranty is expired. Alaram sensor on main front door was never installed . I asked them they said we can’t. O warranty left . You pay for a house almost $1.5 M Yet things fall apart less than 2 years . You tell me what kind of shirty shit stuff they out in the house . They are the worst builder ever . They out cheap stuff in the house . Don’t waste your money here .
I went with my family last weekend in Parker location and we met Doug I have to say it was horrible experience his way to explaining the process was very poor and arrogant we didn’t feel comfortable while we love the area and the neighborhood but we will never deal with such company
