The house for sale on Stone Oak Lane is WAY overpriced, I could get a house in Lucas for the same price with more land and more square footage, ridiculous. The neighborhood is crowded and there is no backyard space ,“ exclusive” yeah right you can barley park your car anywhere and there is barley a driveway. The only thing exclusive is the over priced homes what a joke just sad.
Beautiful model and great community. The location is perfect. The homes are gorgeous and well built. I highly recommend Grand Homes and the Rivercrest Park community.
