I would not recommend Grand Homes based on my experience with their customer service, communication, and overall professionalism throughout the process. I sent multiple emails over the course of several weeks and received no response. The lack of communication and complete disregard for concerns as a customer was extremely disappointing, especially during such an important and stressful process.
