Patrick, the sales representative, took great care of us throughout the entire process of purchasing a new construction home with Grand Homes. Patrick and Michelle have helped me so much during my first new home build. They were available to answer any questions and anytime I needed help they were their every step of the way, even after closing. Highly recommended working with Patrick and Michelle.
Patrick and Michelle are awesome and were our pillars of strength during our build process. We hit a few issues during our build process and were so thankful to have Patrick advocate for us with the builder to have our issues addressed, prioritized and followed through on everything small item until the end. They suck. They are scammers they will keep your deposit and you can not do anything about it. I experienced it. The original price was almost 700k. Within a 10 days the price dropped 40k on there own website and we ask if they can readjust our price and they said yes we will work on it. They worked on it alrite. They NEVER updated me with a new contract. I asked evertime they update us during the new build. Promises on promises and they never keep there promises. They will screw all the way.
