Grand Homes is one of the least professional businesses that I have encountered. They left large ruts in my yard while building a home on the lot next to me. They said they would repair the damage, but failed to keep their word. I made repeated attempts to resolve this issue with them directly, but they continued to lie and kick the can down the road. Great homes! The sales staff (especially Cindy & Meghan) are so helpful and friendly. They sold me and I bought a beautiful home. Post Note: we are having lots of issues with the one year home warranty and repairs. Getting things fixed is happening for most items, but at a snail's pace with lots of aggravation, and still a couple of big issues remain. Post note: finally everything was fixed but it took a year and a half, and lots of emails, and screaming and yelling..
