Requested a price for a table and chair set on 9/8/15 was told 652.00 and that would be accurate with in a "couple dollars" I went back today (9/9/15) to buy it, the price jumped almost 100 bucks. I walked out and wont be back. You screwed yourselves out of any future purchases that we had planned to make. Bedroom suite, and a additional dresser and chest of draws.

I bought a leather recliner sofa 3 years ago and it has already started peeling on the back of the sofa and the mechanism has never worked right. I bought a protection plan and was told it would cover scratches but when they got the description they said it was not covered. I felt like i was misled in information to get the protection plan. I will not buy another sofa from this store. They also said the peeling was not covered. It is only me and my husband that is in the household.

I bought a Icomfort series mattress less then a year ago. This has become the most uncomfortable mattress myself and spouse have ever slept on… anywhere.The mattress has developed a dip towards the middle ONLY when both of us sleep together. The company nor Grands state they cannot do anything "unless there is a visual dip".

Once again I would like to commend Grand Home Furnishings, Kingsport, Tennessee for the excellent way they treat their customers. I was recently looking for some living room furniture and as I had previously been helped by your salesperson Wanda Batman a year ago, I wanted to work with her again. Wanda goes above and beyond what any customer could want as far as assistance with buying furniture. I returned a La-Z-Boy recliner with a life time guarantee that you had worked on before. It was patched and not completely fixed. Now the 'sad' part. This La-Z-Boy was returned to the store just over a year ago. I tried to call every two months. I was told that the person I needed to talk to was not in so I left my name and phone number but never got the call returned. This is a medium blue Big-Man's rocker recliner. I have had a BAD experience with the office staff at the Grand Home Furnishings in Christiansburg, VA/220 Laurel Street. Upon my initial visit to the store to purchase the recliner, I had an extremely pleasant experience with the SALES STAFF. When I went to the business office to complete the transaction, the customer service was horrible. There were a series of events that occurred and I dealt with three different women in the business office on three different visits. went looking for living room furniture, Grand was one of our top choices, walked in the front door, no one greeted us, employees stood off to the side chatting. looked at several furniture sets for over an hour an found a couple we were interested in, however never once during that time, did an employee ask if we needed any help. upon leaving, the female employee opened the door for us an said have a nice day. ..... we were very disappointed in our visit to this store, an will not return.

would not accept their coupon – Love their furniture. Had a bad experience today. Mattresses were on special for the weekend. No sales tax, free delivery, set up and removal, plus 12 months to pay the bill off with no interest. We tested mattresses for an hour and finally decided on the king for $1,650. When we went up to finalize the sale Grands wouldn't accept their 15% off coupon. It had no expiration date. They told me my account had been closed due to inactivity.
