My wife and I vacationed to Grand Haven the week before the Coast Guard Festival this year and we had an amazing time. We stopped into the visitors center to get some ideas of things to do and explore. The woman at the front desk was super informative and helpful. We talked for about 10 minutes and she even provided some magazines and pamphlets of attractions we didn't know about. She did a very good job making us feel welcomed to the city.
