GHBR was the perfect day trip adventure with our out-of-town friends! The staff was super friendly, the boat was newer and very clean and gassed up, ready for us to take on the water. They greeted us at the dock when we arrived back from a fabulous day on the water. Excellent customer service!
Trey was great ! We showed up early and he let us leave early and told us to come back at our normal return time. Boat was in great shape and clean. Thanks for making our last day of our vacation the best day of our vacation . Maps were a great idea to have on board too !!
We had a great time Sunday, not the original date we had planned but Grand haven rental went above and beyond to make it right. We had rented a boat for Sat but due to an unforeseen situation with a previous renter of the same boat we reserved, we couldn’t get the rental on Saturday.
