I have to say I been a customer for 8 years. I can count one one hand or the times I have no power. Which the longest one was maybe 6 hours going by my clock. Yesterday I lost power at or around about 1630. The crew came out they worked their butts off to get the power back. 0645 I got power. I want to say thank you to that crew I know they did a ton of work to get the power back. I believe it was the transformer. They were working in the green transformer box. After out recent storm, we had BLP employees on our street at 3 am clearing our road and removing downed wires. Later, during the day, we had multiple trucks as well as contracted tree service continuing work on additional downed lines and removing dangerous trees. We were without power for almost a day, but their response time and incredibly hard work was much appreciated by all of us on our road.
