The absolute worst power provider I've had in my 66 years on this planet. I truly cannot understand how they get away with what they do and provide. They need to be shut down and managed by a true power company.

Have a rental house in spring lake. Was gone for most of the winter traveling, our mistake that we did not pay the invoice or have them forwarded digitally. Just called to get things squared away and was notified they discounted the power on 2/18. I would assume a power company would call with the number they have on file prior to discounting a house in the winter. Will be out this week to see if water lines are cracked and damaged. If so we will be calling to get it resolved.

As residents of Grand Haven Twp. we are very well satisfied with the service of our local Power Company. We are happy to see the reduction of power outages. However, we are concerned with attempts by the Grand Haven city government to take over jurisdiction and control. As customers residing in the Township we were not allowed to vote on the city's proposal. I contacted my State Rep. and my State Senator but neither was able to help. Anyway, keep up the good work.
