If I could rate zero stars I absolutely would. I lived in a grand harbor property management apartment for less than a year due to the fact they are completely unprofessional, rude, and unresponsive. Literally every person who works for the company is immature & impolite except for Steve, the handyman. The management company completely protected / hid the fact another tenant was abusing his child due to the fact I was 'causing drama' by calling the police. Extremely bad company. Will add details at a later date. Im not a fan of writing poor reviews and quite uncomfortable to do so. Yet, I many witness of what I experienced, keep reminding me of the importance and responsibility to warn and protect others from being harmed by Grand Harbor Property Management. It’s true. Stay away.
Very bad experience. I’m not a fan of writing poor reviews. Experience with grand harbor property management was so terrible, I’ve been repeatedly encouraged of the importance of warning others about this company.
Sadly, a really bad experience. Unscrupulous. Would definitely not recommend.
