Extremely bad company. Will add details at a later date. Im not a fan of writing poor reviews and quite uncomfortable to do so. Yet, I many witness of what I experienced, keep reminding me of the importance and responsibility to warn and protect others from being harmed by Grand Harbor Property Management. It’s true. Stay away.
Very bad experience. I’m not a fan of writing poor reviews. Experience with grand harbor property management was so terrible, I’ve been repeatedly encouraged of the importance of warning others about this company.
Sadly, a really bad experience. Unscrupulous. Would definitely not recommend.
This company does not follow up with complaints. I have been trying to reach the property manager, Dominik, since August 2019. I have sent over kind emails (at least half a dozen) since then and not one response. I have also left 3-4 voicemails as well. They are allowing a tenant to have two Chihuahuas in one of their units in Torrance and these dogs bark continuously day and night. I have forwarded over many videos with dates and time stamps showing how loud these dogs are in my unit and outside my unit. I have tried to re... read more
