What is there not to like? It's a fantastic place with all the amenities - like massage therapy, facials, jacuzzi, steam room, yoga classes, basketball, lap pool, volleyball, climbing wall, and all with very pleasant staff and a great manager. My only complaint is that the massage prices seem a bit pricey - otherwise 5 stars
Wonderful place to plan your wedding venue! Beautiful elegant atmosphere and wonderful service! Lots of appetizers at your leisure!
The people are friendly nice and caring Jim S at the front desk was so helpful the cleaning staff at the timeshares work so hard and the rooms are spotless Dawn and Heidi are so very nice and the trolley service is great also Scott and Emil the engineers can fix anything and always have a smile and call us by name it is like a second home when we are here summer winter spring or fall the Grand is the best place of all Jan and Shel Ladin
Had a great girls weekend did the spa nice services and meal been here many times and will go back a few times a year rooms very comfortable
Allow me to express my true gratitude to the front desk agents Eric & Margaret. They went above and beyond to make my husband and I recent anniversary stay very memorable. After encountering a mix up with our reservations through Hotels.com they did everything in their nature to make new accommodations at Grand Geneva. Our family stayed there on 10/26/19 and had an amazing time! The staff was incredible...friendly, helpful, funny! Everyone was so polite. The golf course (Brute) was spectacular. I had a massage with Diane and she was very considerate of my problem areas. I wish I would have allowed more time in my schedule to spend in the spa. It was so relaxing. The rooms were spacious and tastefully decorated. The the lobby area always seemed to have entertainment and a fun vibe. We can't wait to go back!
